Complaint Details
I bought 2500 SMS pack on 26/09 and I tried to send bulk SMS through your SMS from excel 2 times. First time in October and second time I scheduled it on 11th Nov to send it at 7 am on 12th Nov. SMS count has been deducted from my account but so SMS received by any receiver.
Today again sent the email Sorry to say that nothing has been done at your end by your company to resolve the issue. On 13th Nov I submitted my complaint that my bulk SMS are not getting through. But no back confirmation was done by your company either by phone or by email.
Yesterday evening I again sent 174 msg non of them delivered as per attached screenshot.
I bought 2500 msgs and I tried 3 times, non of them got delivered but count have been deducted without delay and now credit left is 1635.
I wanted to add more credit based on the performance but I am highly disappointed.

Today when I called to submit my problem, response of your representative and Mr Shubam was were non cordial

I strongly submit my displeasure the way I am been dealt.
