Phoneduniya.com — no response after placing prepaid order
I have made payment using phonepe application. At the time of making payment they have shown that 15% amount will be received as cash back. but I haven’t received any.
Second thing, the number mentioned in the site is not working. It automatically gets disconnected after one ring. I have made payment of Rs 11998. But after making payment I am not able to get any status of my order. I afraid that this is fake website and they have taken my money.
order was placed on 24.10.17. order id is 152586.
almost a month now, no response from the website. site is also not opening now.
Need my ordered product. If not, I want my money back which i am afraid they will not return nor they will deliver the order.
