Complaint Details
I have purchased a 55 inch TV on June 2017 which is sold to me saying as UHD but none of the UHD files are working since the day 1.
I have opened a complaint with reference number 17101536380444 on 16th October 2017 but it’s been a month now but no one visited to check the TV

I have opened another complaint today with reference number 17111016380201.
