My water purifier Dr. Aquaguard Magna HD RO (NXT) failed on 4th November (in warranty period) and made a complaint on 4th itself. Their service engineer visited on 5th November to check. As the spare part was not available, they could not repair the unit. Though the repair was not completed, they closed the case.
As I objected for closing the case, they opened another case on 6th November. Till date (14 days) the unit is not repaired.
I made a follow-up call with the service telephone numbers on 9th, 11th 15th &17th. Though they promised to resolve the problem immediately, no one has visited to repair the unit.
Sent reminders over email number of times and no response from the supplier.
Eureka Forbes have failed in giving a good product and failed in providing timely service. I would like to request them to refund the money.
