Complaint Details
I have put a service request no. 2005406674 on 7th Nov 2017 for my Aquaguard Duo being non operational.The same day a service representative came to my house and told that the circuit board will be changed which will take 2 days. It is now 10 days and no body has come. I have talked to call centre but they do not have any solution.I have escalated complaint to level 1 I did not receive any response.Then after 48 hours I escalated it to Head Customer care level and they also have not replied.
