Complaint Details
I have applied for the takeover of home loan in March (First Week), and it was assured me that in March only the sanction process will be completed. After continuous follow up I didn’t get the loan process started upto May first week, then on dated 8/5/2017 you have deducted Rs 8625/- from my account for verification/survey/search fees.
On 15/6/2017 you called me to get the documents from the SBI. After looking to the sanction letter and discussion with you, I want to state that:
1. I have applied for the Baroda Home Loan Advantage Scheme. But it seems that the loan sanction does not belong under this scheme.
2. Since from March – June (Approx 4 month) have been taken and now SBI has also reduced the interest rate to 8.35%. It seems it is no more better to takeover my loan.

Since you have not given me the loan in the scheduled time and not sanctioned my loan under the discussed scheme (Home Loan Advantage Scheme), so not interested to take the loan. So request you to refund the amount Rs 8625/- taken from me.
Since it is your fault for not processing in time and commitment, so request you to process the refund amount.
