I was using BSNL landline number 04842466257. Calling facility in the same was down from past one and half year and I was using only broad band connection during this time. In the month of May and June 2017 many additional charges were included in broad band connection and no clarification was given for same. In July I completely stopped using any services. Regarding calling facility my complaints were not considered and I have been charged regularly. I used to pay all the bills considering the fact that I am using broadban. Even broad band connection was very poor and from May bills seemed irregular. Still I paid the bills till July. Bills also used to be above 1000 in many months without any reason. Due to the really poor service I stopped using the service and they are still sending me invoices after July also and not accepting the request for disconnection. Currently they are forcing me to pay 3200. And for past one and half year I have filled a fee above 12000 and services were poorest we can imagine. The request for my past payment details were turned down by the officers sitting there. Please take necessary action for disconnection of this line and giving me necessary compensation. The fact that I haven't made a single call in past one and half year also to be considered.Poor attitude of officers is making the company fail I tried my best to stick with it since it was a government organization. Please consider my issue as urgent also please consider my age and give necessary online support. I would like to avoid further visit to their office as it has never produced any fruitful results.
