On 18 Nov 17 during visit l was charged for the car parking fees on my car no MH 12 LD 1578 Rs50 vide your ticket no 0279.0171.0002.l shown my identity card,but in vein.Even for a normal person also malls,if they charge parking fees,can be sued/booked u/s 418,420 & 188 IPC.Shall l go ahead for this.Please confirm.
