Hi Team,
This is in regards to the repair of handset plan purchased from Airtel India on my connection no.8826866225 in which Airtel has a tie up with OneAssist. I submitted my phone through Airtel plan on Oct 3'2017 for the repair of the back panel.TAT to deliver the repaired phone was max 21 days. It's been 1 and half month till date and I did not received my phone. I am following up with the OneAssist team as well as Airtel on a daily basis and they are continuously assuring me to answer in 24 hours and deliver my handset.
In return they also did not issued any supementary phone to use. I have been incurring loses due to unavailability of phone with me as I am unable to pay my bills, credit card payments etc. I am highly disappointed with both the teams and require your immediate attention in this matter.
Please help me out and get me the compensation from either companies for false promises made by them and befooloing their customers.
