Complaint Details
I tried to book tickets in the theater after checking availability online. The staff refused to give me tickets and said me to book tickets online on questioning about the availability of tickets online. The ticket is already overpriced at Rs.175 whereas the MRP of ant ticket has been capped to Rs.165 by Govt. of Tamilnadu. The packaged food products such as water bottles are sold at double the price than the ones printed on the package. I've attached the screenshots of overpriced tickets.
