Makemytrip cheated me in the name of Zero cancellation. I booked ticket or tomorrow 18:10 PM. I called them up at 18:04 PM today to cancel it, they intentionaly elapsed the time(just 5 minutes lapsed) and deducted Rs around 4500.00.t when I told him to cancel he said just Rs 1200 will be deduced. They have not mentioned the policy clearly anywhwere. They are telling its my fault. Booking ID: NF72696110213473.
