Complaint Details
A fraud of 8000/- occurred on my SBI credit card on 26/09/2017. I blocked the card and got issued a new card. I am CPP India member. I have approached CPP India for the refund of fraud that occurred on my card. They asked for documents to process the refund. I have sent the documents TWICE but they are saying the documents are not received from their end. They keep on saying that they have not received the cancelled cheque. When they can receive the statements and other documents from the same packed how can they not receive the cancelled cheque inside the same packet.
They give lame excuses to not to process the refund.It has been two months and the refund is still not processed. I am heading to cancel the services. I have spent money on subscription and now I am spending money in sending documents.
