Complaint Details
I had ordered juice from amazon.in at a discount price of 20rs , the order got confirmed and received message that order will be delivered today. After 3-4 hrs the order got returned with the reason stating the customer rejected . But i was present at home from morning and also tried to conatct the delivery boy since morning but the phone number was switched off . After the cancelation of my order i again tried to contact delivery boy but no one picked up phone. Then i contacted customer service of amazon.in and found that the product got damaged which was mistake of courier .
I wasnt been conatcted by anyone in tjis situation since i was the customer .
After that i told to reattempt the delivery of the product and they refuseed it to reattempt delivery .
I need my order at same price and same quantity
