Hi, i have raised a request on 16th Nov 2017 (13235) to return the product due to below reason.
I got the delivery of the product on 11th Nov 2017 and was installed on 13th Nov 2017 (Request no. 9946625646). However, on the next day itself the water was getting overflow from product and i had raised a service request which got resolved on 15th Nov 2017 by replacing the valve in purifier by technician (means there was a manufacturing defect in purifier). But again on 16th Nov 2017 the purifier started indicating for a service request. Not sure what is wrong this time. So i decided to return the product and raised a request.
However, on 19th Nov 2017 customer care/Quality team advised me that they will provide me with a replacement with a new product. Its 21st Nov 2017, and i have still not received the new product, although the initial product has been un-installed by Eureka Forbes technician.
I would really be great full if someone can provide me an update on my replacement with an ETA as to when this request will be completed at earliest.
