Sir,
It’s been a pathetic experience with your team,
My order hasn’t yet been shipped by the day it should’ve been delivered.
And it’s been more than 48 hours for I raised the complaint.
And your customer support Sana Ansari said yesterday that it’s been shipped from Gurgaon and now puja Pawar says it’s not been shipped and my call was cut in between.
My order was to be delivered between 17th-20th nov and I’m mailing you on 
22nd , I raised complaint on 20th also.
Nobody is listening and nothing is being worked.
Kindly resolve and also provide me contact of Heena sohandani the grievance officer for pepperfry.
