Dear Madam/Sir,

I have purchased Tablets which have MRP mentioning inclusive of all taxes.

I was asked to pay more 12% GST over MRP. I would like to lodge complaint against the "Shree Medical & General Stores" Apex Hospital Aurangabad, for asking me to pay more money than the MRP. I have attach invoice of payment and also I have attach the photo copy of medicine which have medicine details.
