Complaint Details
I had fraudulent ATM Transaction withdrawal done on 13th July 2015 in Thailand whereas I was in Mumbai on that day INR 2,56,519.97 was withdrawn from ATM.
Axis Bank wants me to pay this fraudulent transaction amount which I have not done as I was very much present in Mumbai on that day whereas the transaction took place in Thailand. This is unfair practise done by Axis Bank and request your immediate intervention.
