Purchased Mi A1 device of worth Rs. 14999 from flipkart.com on 16 November 2017 and received the package on 17 Nov 2017 but outer seal was ok and the seal of the phone box was tempered and there was no phone and its accesories inside instead a old laptop hard disk was there. Now they are delaying the replacement process and everytime gave next date for resolutiOn. I have the complete video of unboxing which shows the seal was broken.
