Complaint Details
I bought a Nikon EN-EL14a from Snapdeal mobile app 1month back. After 2nd use the battery got swollen & stuck in my DSLR camera. I took it to Nikon service center & got it repaired with my own expenses. I was a surprised to see,the battery was swollen & it's almost ready to burst of I accidently charge. I wanted to replace the battery with service people where I came know that the battery is fake & it doesn't cover any warranty from service center. I even showed them all details like order id, invoice & warranty details mentioned in the website by Snapdeal but they refused.
