Complaint Details
We had booked the package through MMT for Leh-Ladakh.
Because my daughter ill health we need to cancel our trip and decided to return home. MMT had refused to do reschedule of our return tickets, therefore we had booked new tickets.
Later on we came to know from Airlines that the tickets can be reschedule prior two hours of departures.
Though MMT team fully aware that our tickets would have been reschedule by paying difference of amount they had informed for the new booking.
