Dear Sir,
I had recently purchased a moto e 4 plus on 26th oct 2017. from last 10 days it was not functioning properly. there were some problems with touch, display and software . I sent the phone to service centre
in shah market, agra where they kept the phone for two days and returned without doing any thing. Yesterday i called to customer care post luch aroung 3 :10 pm where i spoke to mr sachin, mr kavis and ms rachna mishra but none of them had given any approprioate solution. please help. I am attaching the copy of invoice and certificate of service centre.
