Complaint Details
I had done payment of Rs 380/- to Tata Sky through kotak net banking on dt 05.10.2017 for monthly recharge but the amount of Rs 2040/- was deducted from my account.Vide Ref TATA SKY 382396925

As per my bank , amount is already credited to TATA sky account

I was already follow-up for above amount from 5th OCT 2017 TO Still date , but I didn’t get positive response
