Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased mobile phone (Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro, Model No. SM-J210FZDGINS, Serial No: RZ8J313VK4H) from Priyansh Communications, Badlapur, (Dist-Thane, Pin: 421503) on 29 April 2017. Please find the receipt attached with this email of the said purchase for your kind reference. As per the receipt the warranty for the mobile handset is for 1 year, and i believe my handset is still covered under warranty.
I have persistent issues with my handset since last few weeks, the main issue is constant humming sound through the speaker unit, and handset going to mute automatically. I am many times not to able to hear whenever i receive i call. Also i am unable to hear the ringtone may times.
I have been to your service centers at Thane, and at Ambernath at least 5 times. I have visited your Thane service center 3 times, and your ambernath service center 2 times in last 2 weeks. Despite these many visits to the service center, my problem is still unresolved. The technicians at your service center has said that the motherboard has been changed to resolve these issue, this has been reported twice by your technician. One of the technicians also said the updating the handset will resolve the problem, this procedure also has been done twice, but i am having the same issues still.
In my view the your service personnel are trying to dodge the issue, and unable to service my request. It is really a frustrating experience from reputed brand and international brand like you. Your service does not meet the standard what i was hoping from such big company.
My handset is still within warranty in my view, so i would assume you could simply replace my faulty handset, with the new correct handset and resolve the issue.
