Complaint Details
I bought the holiday package of Rs. 85000 with membership ID 91126 on 6-Sep-17 8:20PM. In verification call the benefits told by sales team were not present so I declined to accept membership. I requested for refund on 7-Sep-17 12:57AM. As per policies I should receive the refund within 90 days but received the post dated cheque of Rs. 76550 for 29-Apr-18.
The amount is deducted more than Rs. 5000 and not refunding within 90 days.
