Sir,
I had a Panasonic LED TV TH-L32X50D, which was damaged in lightning. The company is now claiming that the TV cannot repaired as the spare parts are not available. As an option they offered me another TV 32E204DX as exchange on payment of ₹15,200. I have come to know that the model is available for ₹18500 in certain shops without any exchange. I bought my old TV for ₹29500, 4 years back. Now thanks to Panasonic, it has become an e-waste.
Complaints are,
1. The company has unfairly stopped support for a 4 years old TV.
2. In the name of depreciation they are not paying / discounting anything at all in the offer they made.
(pay 15200 for a TV which details at 18500)
3. My TV had become an e-waste just in 4 years.
4. I have informed them that I am not planning to buy another Panasonic product, since the only thing that will happen again and again is that, I will lose my money and the e-waste burden of our country will increase.
I humbly request you to do the needful and prevent such MNCs from stopping the product support so early and to make them repair my TV at the earliest.
