Complaint Details
I had ordered 2pieces of 150watts Led Flood lights from Flipkart on 22/11/2017. The order identification number is OD110823028827081000.
On 26/11/2017 the product was delivered to me, but they were very inferior quality 100watts lights, with a sticker mentioning them to be 150watts very skillfully placed on top of the casing that has 100W printed on it.

I required these lights urgently and so called Flipkart customer service, but they said that the process of replacement can take about 14days, and the seller does not provide a refund option.
