I had booked a HP NoteBook Battery on 4th November 2017 and i received it on 8th Novemeber 2017, where in i opened the box which was stapled with two pins and no box pack, and seen the size of length of battery kept as it is in the box. Now HP they are saying the Box is being tampered and as per the policy we wont refund or replace the battery. If i wont get the proper box packing sealed, how can HP say its sealed one, the way they had delivered me the way it is the box. Also they took almost 4 days to reply they it cannot be refund or replaced, i was very disappointed with HP.
Please find the attached pic which is being stapled by HP and already its in tampered mode fooling customers as box pack. and in return they are not ready to replace or refund the battery. I lost my precious work and 3500 Rs. Now what should i do with that battery. How HP can be so irresponsible for the Customers. Please resolve.
