Complaint Details
Dear Sir,
I have purchased “Sansui 6.5 kg Fully Automatic Top Load Washing Machine Maroon (ST65BS DMA)” on 17th October 2017 in Flipkart web site. As per my order time information the machine was delivered on 23rd October 2017. But as per the order time information the demo and installation was not done on 26 th oct 2017. As per the information provided by your web site “To avoid any physical damage to the product while unboxing, please ensure that only an authorised Flipkart delivery/service executive or brand personnel opens the packaging” I have not done anything on the box.. From the delivery date to till date(27/11/2017) it is occupying my precious living room space.
On about 28/11/2017, I have called FLIPKART customer care executive and as per them the demo shall be done within two business days. But it was not done. Again I have called back customer care on about 01/12/2017. They have sent me a message that, my complaint was escalated to highest level and demo and installation shall be done before on 04 th nov 2017. Then also it was not done. This becomes a routine issue. I used to call their customer care executives and some time they used to call me and the answer is always – “it shall be done within two business days”. I have spoke almost in cumulative terms about 7-8 hrs and wasted my precious time. Due to this problem my family also heavily disturbed. On arrival of this machine, I have discarded my old working condition front loading whirlpool washing machine on 26 th oct 2017 to make way for this. Since it is getting delayed on November 7 th I have again installed my old machine with lot of struggle and help from local technician. Till that time I have utilized servant maid services for my home laundry needs. This cost me around Rs 6000. And local technician charged me Rs 2000. On 27/11/2017 18.09 hrs, I have called their customer care number 18001023547 from my other phone (9445394515) and one Mr. Abdul sahib called me back from 04067958000 to my other phone number 9445394515. I have spoke to him gave my registered mobile number 9445397698 and he also told me two more business days shall be taken to solve my problem. After a long talk (after 31 miutes of talking) he has connected me to his team leader Mr.Bikashkumar. He has spoke to me for about 6 minutes and he cut the phone and made it looks like an interruption. Within 30 (6.50 pm-27112017) second I have got a message from BZ-FLPKRT that ,”Hi, we apologise for not being able to continue with our conversation. We will call you back around 27 nov 07.30PM to help you with your concern”. Then at 07:09 pm (27112017) I have got a call from a number 07316631600 (name Mr. Adithya) and he started asking like a fresh call. After I remind him about my previous call details he connected me to one Mr.Rathnesh and he claimed that he is a senior executive in escalation dept. while he speak, in between he abruptly cut my call. I have recorded my calls and conversation with thier executives with a information to them about my recording. I have the call details with me right now. In flipkart web site I could not able to find out their mail id also.
So my humble request is

I expect a suitable compensation for my and my family suffering (both physically and mentally) and responsible reply from flipkart side at the earliest.
