Complaint Details
Sir/Madam,
I have purchased Dr.Aquaguard Magna on 19.6.2017 (order No.871049471, My customer ID:600611497).
I have come across indication for filter change and I have registered a complaint through customer
service on 4.11.2017-service request no. 2005373015. Service person attended and he said filter has to be
replaced and he he will do within 2 days.
Thereafter no one has turned up and I repeatedly registered complaint on 11.11.2017 (No.2005456517),
15.11.2015 (no.2005500316), 20.11.2017 (No.2005571421). Each time they register as if it is new complaint
and no response from service person.
I have repeatedly called Coimbatore service center Mr.Shafi Ahamed:7358707788 and Mr.Suresh kumar:
9597262620 and local numbers. Many times they don't pick up call. After so many request they took my
equipment for service on 23.11.2017 and till now they have not returned or made a call.
Past three weeks my new equipment is under repair and we are purchasing water from outside. Apart from
this Iam very much unsatisfied with your service and the behavior of the persons.

This made me not to go for any of your products in future and also not to recommend my friends and
relatives. This is for kind information.
