Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring into your notice regarding the pathetic service offered to me from Jet Airways.
I have approached your customer care for more than 5 times for a refund query and I am yet to receive a solution from last 2 months.
Let me explain the story one again.
1. I have booked my ticket on Sunday, 24 Sep, 2017, via PNR WDGZJH and Ticket number 589 21 3020 4272, Flight No: 9W 809
2. On 29-09-2017 I called your call center for a change of flight request to flight number 9W 834 and I have guided to pay the change of flight fee thru IVR. I paid INR 2520.00 using my Kotak Credit card ending with XXXX 1200, the payment was successful but I didn't got any ticket confirmation at that moment.
I was told to wait for 1 day, contact the call center again if Ticket is not confirmed.
3. I called up on 01-10-2017 again since my ticket was not confirmed, at that time the executive put my call for hold for a long time , checked my payment details, then finally said that the payment is not confirmed so that I have to make the payment again for the change of flight. It was also assured to me that the first payment will be returned. (In the mean time I checked with my bank and confirmed that the payment was successful but the merchant has not claimed it)
I made the payment of INR 2520.00 again using my Kotak credit card and this time my ticket was issued.
The call center agent confirmed me that my first payment of INR 2520.00 will be returned within 7 working days.
4. Since after that I am behind your call center executive for getting my refund of INR 2520.00 (Payment done on 29-09-17)
I have called many times, every time need to explain this whole story to the executive, they will put on hold me for long, then at the end gives a false commitment that the amount will be returned within 48 hour. (Please check the call records from 9060651423 for details)
You doesn't have a system of issuing a complaint reference number, so that each tie the customer has to express his queries in full to the executive, testing the patience of customers.
My concern is: I have paid twice for the change of flight, ticket not issued in first payment, paid again and got the ticket but did not got the refund for the first payment(29-09-17).
I need a proper reply for the delay happened in the refund,and initiate the refund with immediate effect.
Attaching the screenshots of the credit card statement showing two payments of 2520.00, subsequent month statement also to confirm refund has not happened.
