Dear Sir,
I have placed an take away order with pizza hut shanti Nagar outlet,Bangalore on 6th Aug,2017 and i have paid by Paytm however i was informed that the payment was not successful but it was showing successful in my mobile and later on paid by cash for the order.
On enquiry with paytm customer care executive i was informed that the payment was successful and check with the pizza hut outlet.
On repeated follow up with the pizza hut customer executive and store person (Naveen) i
have not received any refund
