Complaint Details
I have first registered complaint for Micromax 81cm (32) HD Ready Smart LED TV on Oct 13,2017 as no sound was coming from my LED TV.




My complaint was forwarded to Perfect Air Cool Service centre (Mob No. +91 7718883532). My Complaint reference no. is MH-13107-1697902. Registered Mobile No. is +91 9987044053. LED TV is under warranty




Service engineer from Service centre visited our home after couple of days and informed us that motherboard needs to be changed as there is problem in sound section of mother board.




After one week he came second time to take photograph of mother board.




After that I have called 4 to 5 times to Service centre but every time they give new excuses such as approval pending for insurance as change of approving authority, not received the motherboard as courier misplaced the same etc. Now, they are saying that they cannot give guarantee to repair our TV even though it is covered under warranty.




After such reply i called call centre of Micromax and explained all these circumstances, call centre personnel told that Senior will investigate the case and will call in 24 to 48 hours. But no call received, when i called again they said in 4 hours senior will call but no call received this time also. Again i called in morning and call centre personnel told me that Senior will call in 1 hour. This time i received call and Senior informed us that in 3 days problem will be resolved as Micromax has not supplied part to Service centre.




Now its more than 7 days but our problem is not resolved. And now when i am calling Micromax, call centre personnel is not transferring call to Senior and only giving assurance that Senior will call in 24 to 48 hours to us but not received any call & solution.



The time lapse for complain till date is more than 38 days. I have other products of Micromax and referred to many other people and they bought Micromax products but when it came to service part it is very bad. Service centre gives excuses and call centre people gives fake assurances to customer.
