Sir,
On July 15th, I received a mail from ShopKart Zone [mailto:update@e.snapura.com], followed by one on the Oct 30, ( Branded Watches [mailto:info@e.snapura.com]), and again on Nov 2, (Branded Watches [mailto:info@e.snapura.com] and lastly on Nov 3.(Branded Watchs [mailto:info@e.snapura.com]), inviting me to buy International brands at down to earth prices.
On October 14th, Mr. Anurage Sharma, wrote to me and provided me the links for making on line payment. The link was this: http://www.snapcluesindia.com/tag-heuer-carrera-calibre-17-black?filter_name=TH3003. The name of the site is www.snapcluesindia.com.
The product was marketed by M/s. Snap Clues (snapcluesindia@gmail.com). (Please see attachments).
By all these bombarding emails, convincing and effective talks by Mr. Anurag Sharma, (Sales Support), Shopong, Gurgoan, I was enticed into placing a buy order through the above link for a Rado watch, at a heavily discounted price coupled with tantalizing offers.
I received the parcel soon. While opening the pocket, I found that the item is nothing but a pale duplicate of the original and when I protested, I was asked to return it to get another good international brand. I did as instructed. (Pickup Receipt/1446210167694/ESHOPONG(607749)) (Attached). Now, my money and my ordered item has now vanished into thin air. Mr.Anurag Sharma, is not responding to my repeated calls. At last when I succeeded in reaching him on his mobile (9821436348), he told me, curtly, they have no refund policy.
I am convinced, that this operation is nothing but cheating the gullible public and I was squarely duped. I want your help to get my money back. These unscrupulous fellows must be apprehended and prevented immediately from attracting more and more people into their vicious net and in the process amassing ill-gotten wealth.
Their modus operandi is by using several sites and name and they keep shifting their email id to prevent detection. In this connection, I would like to draw your attention to the comments made by the Hon. Prime Minister of our country, Mr.Narendra Modi, who expressed his disgust and displeasure at these nefarious activities, in one of his talks.
I humbly request you, once again, to trace this business location and soon put an end to carrying their business activity further.
