Complaint Details
Sir,
I am a first year B.A.L.L.B student from Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur. Me and my friend visited Savji Jagdish Bhaojanalay to taste the speciality of Nagpur named Savji. It is a spicy curry which is eaten by roti or rice. In most restaurants people order one curry and rotis as per the number of members and used to have it with one curry. But this restaurant had a policy that each individual had to buy a separate curry. The quantity and the price of each curry was same as that served by other restaurants in Nagpur. We insisted on sharing the food from one plate itself but he did not allow us to do so. Since we were short of money we had to leave. This is a case of restrictive trade practise as per my knowledge of law and hereby I demand justice for the same.
