Amit Omprakash Arora is the proprietor of CompareNtravel 442, Kaliandas Udyog Bhavan,Near Century bazar, Prabhadevi,Mumbai (a fully fraud travel agency run by both fraudsters - Father and Son). He is resident of Flat no3, 1st floor, sagar darshan building, north avenue road, santacruz west, mumbai - 400054, mobile no: 8108336668 and father's no: 9320232493.
They run a travel company and have cheated me of. Rs. 80000 for my Europe and Thailand hotel bookings for Nov 2017 and Dec 2017 respectively
I have all the voice recordings, chat messages and emails for offers given by him, my corresponding approval, payments made to him, all bank receipts etc.
He initially gave me the confirmed hotel vouchers. He made all the bookings via Expedia.com and later on when we reached the hotel on travel date the hotelier said that the booking has been cancelled (I have hotelier mails for all the cancelled bookings as well). He took the payment and cancelled my Italy and Paris hotels for November and has now also cancelled Thailand hotel bookings starting from Dec 2017.
Please never book from him or his father. The entire family including his wife (Pooja) are frauds.
I even came to know that he has done a total fraud of Rs. 1.5 crores and has cheated many travelers for Dubai Package trip.
