Order - 25193 I ordered a bench. Before placing the order I called their bangalore store to check if the product is available to see. It wasn't but they assure that it will be the same as seen in website. I placed the order by paying 15000 INR. They only have pre-payment option. After 6 weeks, the order came and it was completely different. I requested them multiple times to refund the amount but they are denying. Later I read that they do the same with many customers. Strict action pls
