Complaint Details
In 2012, Sharekhan carried out a currency transaction on my account. They had shorted USD-INR. However, the transaction hit stop loss, but the dealer did not square off the transaction. This resulted in a 19000 loss for my account because of the dealer's negligence. Also, now they have transferred the account from Alwarpet to cheer pet branch without any intimation to me. As of now, they have kept on adding I treat charges and are reporting - 61500 approximately to the Nse. This has to be reversed.. If Sharekhan wants to make good of some of the losses, I am willing to start trading on my Sharekhan trading account but I will not pay for no fault of mine.
