We had buyed whirlpool mineral filter on 15 oct 2017 which is giving problem from day of instalattion such as its charging soket problem and waterbackflow due to damaged UV filter. we requested the company to replace the whole product as it was only inital days of product but the service excutive refused and from that day to till date my old parents who live alone in home and for whom as a gift i buyed it are running its service centre to rectify or replace the product but till date no soloution has resulted. kindly help and intervene in the matter as it is pure customer harresment as there product was damged from there side only.
