My jio No. 8160144682 services stopped by jio. when i called customer care they informed me to pay Rs.20 to continue services. this rs. 20 is hidden charges.I was not informed about this. also as per bill this amout payment due date is 23/12/2017. they stopped services on 07/12/2017. I have active plane of Rs.459 valid till 25/01/2018. Customer care response was negetive. Please do needfull to fight against this harassment. snap shots attached for your reference.
