Complaint Details
I Nishant Visani owner of TATA Bolt XL registration number GJ-03-IC-0471 having damage to car due to minor accident. I have submitted my above mentioned vehicle to UJWAL AUTOMOTIVE PVT. LTD (U50100MH2000PTC124692) at Dhule, maharastra for insurance claim & repair. TATA MOTORS dealer UJWAL AUTOMOTIVE PVT. LTD (U50100MH2000PTC124692) at Dhule, Maharastra submitted my Insurance claim with National Insurance co. ltd. with Policy Number 55270031176160135146. i have faced below mentioned problems from submission to delivery of repaired car.

1. UJWAL AUTOMOTIVE PVT. LTD (U50100MH2000PTC124692) dealer of tata motors at dhule charged higher rates of labor compare to standard rates as per conversation with National Insurance Company.

2. Insurance Company passed claim of ruppes 25000 against policy number 55270031176160135146 for vehicle Number GJ-03-IC-0471. Total bill amount is 32427 prepared by UJWAL AUTOMOTIVE PVT. LTD (U50100MH2000PTC124692) at dhule. so difference amount of Rs 7427 only should be recovered from me, but UJWAL AUTOMOTIVE PVT. LTD (U50100MH2000PTC124692) have collected amount of Rs 8427 from me without any charge break up & description of said amount. So some Fraud is running in claims. And reason for extra charges was not given by them.

3. Due to above mentioned reason & misbehavior, i have doubt of fraud. Hence i requested to pay by credit/debit card only but UJWAL AUTOMOTIVE PVT. LTD (U50100MH2000PTC124692) asked me to pay 2.75% more amount i.e 8427+2.75% additional charges for debit/credit card payments. so ultimately i have to pay cash of Rs 8427 with receipt Number UJWALAUM-DA-RCT-1718-000779 date 22/11/2017. Even after i have paid cash of Rs 8430 above said receipt was prepared on name of NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED. UJWAL AUTOMOTIVE PVT. LTD (U50100MH2000PTC124692) refused to provide receipt on with my name i.e. Nishant Govindbhai Visani.

4. UJWAL AUTOMOTIVE PVT. LTD (U50100MH2000PTC124692) didn't gave any bifurcation of amount of claim passed by NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY and amount i have paid to UJWAL AUTOMOTIVE PVT. LTD (U50100MH2000PTC124692). UJWAL AUTOMOTIVE PVT. LTD (U50100MH2000PTC124692) straight away denied to provide any information and asked to inquire with NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY only.

5. After Car has been repaired by UJWAL AUTOMOTIVE PVT. LTD they have not handed over my car after washing it, broken glass pieces was everywhere in car, when I complaint about is they replied me that INSURANCE COMPANY will not give them money for washing car in insurance claim. Service was totally worst.

I have filed complaint in UJWAL AUTOMOTIVE PVT. LTD but no proper answer is received so I please help me sir in sever problem of fraud and bad service and misbehavior.

I request you to resolve my complaint & suspicious activity of fraud by UJWAL AUTOMOTIVE PVT. LTD (U50100MH2000PTC124692), Dhule. Being and handicapped person to visit a daily to insurance office and UJWAL AUTOMOTIVE PVT. LTD. Dealer have treaded me in very worst manner, they even not giving me claim Number of my car. I have attached all the conversation of insurance company and UJWAL AUTOMOTIVE PVT. LTD.
