Dear Sir,

I made International Holiday booking with Make My Trip on 10th June 2017 for the period from 3rd December 2017 to 8th December 2017 to celebrate my Wedding Anniversary. I submitted my passport copies on same day.

I made balance payment of my trip on 26th November 2017 after confirmation from Make My Trip. On Same day, I sent status confirmation email to Make My Trip about holiday vouchers, Tickets and Visa status.

Since no reply was received from Make My Trip, I did follow up on 27th November 2017.

On 28th November 2017, Make My Trip wrote, that their team will forward soon. On same day, I received copy of Vouchers and Air tickets but did not receive Visa documents. So I wrote email to Make My Trip again for the Visa Status. Make My Trip replied on same day that you will get soon.

Since no reply received on 29th November, I wrote email again to Make My Trip on 30th November about Visa Status. So Make My Trip informed me that they forgot to process the Visa. Additionally they called me and rudely states that without submitting the documents how would you get the visa.

Since my holiday package includes Visa, then who’s responsibility to pay attention on Visa document. Since booking date, no one contacted me for the visa documents. If I aware of the entire process then I would have book my trip on my own. In such case, I don’t need travel agent.

Attitude and behaviour of Make my trip was unprofessional. It disturbs me.

I want refund of my booking amount as soon as possible along with Penalty amount.

Sir, kindly look into this matter urgently. I have also enclosed email conversation for the reference.
