Complaint Details
Dear Sir,
I am writing this mail on behalf of my father, Mr. Pramod Kumar.
My grandmother (late bidheshwari devi) has expired in the month of May 2017. She had some investment in Sahara credit co-operative society, Saharsa, Bihar, which got matured in 2014. Details are as below:
S. No. A/C Nos. Certificate Nos. Amount Date
1 16234802393 763000710711 16000 27.06.2013
2 162348023934 763000710712 17000 27.06.2013
3 16234802395 763000710713 17000 27.06.2013
My father is nominee in all the above three matured account.
We stay in Mumbai. From Mumbai my father and i went to Saharsa, Bihar to get the papers deposited but we were mad to run pillar to post for ten days and finally our papers were not accepted and we had to return to Mumbai.
First day we were asked to make affidavit in 100Rs. stamp paper. Next day were asked to make affidavit in 10 rs. Stamp paper and then again we were asked to make affidavit in Rs.150 stamp paper. Also were told until agent certifies that my grandmother has expired they will not proceed.
Every day we were there in your saharsa Sahara office from morning 11.00 a.m to 4.00 p.m and every day we were asked to bring new document or complete some new procedure.
Finally when we got all the documents in place we were told one day that they cannot receive the document as “form checking” person is on leave. Another day checking person did not took the form as “form accepting” person is on leave. On last day they told us to deposit the paper but were crystal clear that they will not giving receiving on papers. We were told to deposit the papers on trust factor.
Please find attached my all documents scan copy (death certificate, affidavit, father passport, etc.).
Since my father is senior citizen and it difficult for us to travel to Bihar from Mumbai, request you to allow us to deposit the papers in Mumbai office and give us the receiving acknowledgement on the same. Any more papers required do let us know.
I have spoken with Sahara Team members as well as their contact center. I have sent four e-mails to them on the e-mail ID contactus.sccsl@sahara.in with copy to 1) roc.kanpur@mca.gov.in 2) jsabc-dea@nic.in 3) secy-dea@nic.in but till date no reply.
Please intervene and help.
NEERAJ
