Purchased Apple iPhone 6s NB 30 (Gold 60 GB) in the month of February 2017.

It started malfunctioning just after its purchase. Submitted to Apple Service Centre NGRT Systems Pvt Ltd, Nagpur - Job No. NGP09051736659 in the first week of May 2017

After having repaired at Apple Bangaluru handed over back to me.

Again it started malfunctioning and again submitted to Apple Service Centre TRESOR Systems Jaipur – Job No. JPR27111768086 in the last week of November, 2017.

Just after a day or two Tresor informed that my iPhone 6s is ready to use.

Still with the Service Center because I failed to get any Commitment from Apple that after getting a device twice will be of any use. It is having manufacturing defect which Apple are hiding from a Customer.

While operating the Mobile gets switched off at once and will restart at its own.After few seconds it will blink and restart again. For a long time it will be in same mode with APPLE logo. Then and there it will come in operation mode with different shade shape lining and changing on screen. This magic will continue till the battery gets discharged. Then and there it will become so hot that it may explode at that point. I am scared to use and carry such device considering the safety point of view.

I am a Senior Citizen placed away from a Service Center. Every time I have to travel a lot to hand over for repair and thereafter to collect it.

I failed to get any help and support from APPLE.

All my Emails failed to get any response from Apple end (bangalore_admin@apple.com and applecare@myimagestore.com)

Several times contacted Apple Support case ID 100368742393 (Contacted Renee and Jen)

In all my efforts I wasted time and money with out any fruitful result.

I wonder how APPLE is the most valuable brand.
