It may please be noted by the forum that I am the legal owner of the flat in the above mentioned society and there have been several requests which I have placed to the society but Mr. Yadav out of his person grudge is not issuing any documents on time and gives continuous responses as if he is doing a favor. I request you to register my complaint and grant an order to the CHS for issuing NOC and also compensating me with the losses that I have incurred. Thanks.
