Complaint Details
I had returned the product on 22nd Nov but Amazon is not refunding my money. They are saying they have not received the product at warehouse. How can a customer ensure the product to reach warehouse when the product is picked by their courier agent. How does the liability of reaching to the destination lie with the customer
