Seeing to the high reputation on net & advertisement we approached of Abhinav Outsourcing (immigration division).On meeting & getting assurance full support guidance for everything from scratch to till end We had paid high fee Rs 80000 for hiring services for my daughter Ms Kiran sachdev for immigration services from Abhinav.

Within about one month we realised that scene is different after taking the money. (i) No contact phone no was given of the staff attached. We had to send e mail & that they may call at their convenience.(ii) There was nothing like guidance but just referring text language on web site which we were already having but rather we were seeking some clarification on certain points on the same matter. That was never given or discussed but sometimes rather got misguidance.

On finding that guidance is not up to the mark by staff deputed & staff is not ready to improve the things. We told about the same to the higher office but not sorted as if there is no intension to correct their ways. As there was no body to listen the problem I posted in message box of a social media page of the company. From there I was asked to connect to a management lady at Delhi office.

To our surprise the lady officer replied harshly on phone that she don’t want to understand the problem. But give it in writing. Hence given in writing. She again replied. That she can’t understand. So again called to explain. But surprisingly she was again not ready to understand on phone. Strange - either ready to understand the problem verbally nor in text.

With such state we had no choice except to withdraw for taking services & ask for refund the fee paid as explained in 1st meeting & also in the clause given in agreement. Clause page 5 -12 ( c).(attached )Hence applied for the . Although we should have asked for mental torture, waste of time & energy.

But that lady officer is clearly refusing & twisting the fact for not giving anything.
