Complaint Details
I placed an order through Zomato online order, it said that the order will reach in 40 mins. But after numerous follow up with both Zomato and the restaurant we receive the order after One and half hours. Zomato should not have committed 40 mins if the order was going to take time, 5-10 mins delay is ok, but double the time! Many of our guests had left by then, and most of the food got wasted.
