Dear Sir,
i had made booking for my family on a Jet airways flight 9W-736, and 9W2653 from Chennai to Chandigarh. The PNR no is FJFCVW. This booking was made on 3rd Oct 2017.
However after reaching the airport at chennai, ground crew has only handed over the flight tickets from Chennai-Delhi, and after inquiring only they confirm the Flight from Delhi-Chandigarh has been canceled.

Jet airways has been sending the messages in the morning on registered phone no 8146679282 about the flight details but didn't had the curtsy of informing about the flight cancelation from Delhi - Chandigarh.

Shamefully the ground crew said the message of cancellation didn't go through which is a shameful lie.

After lot of followup they have given the new flight of 19th Dec, leaving at 7:00 AM in the morning.

Since it was my family (wife and daughter), you can understand the stress they followed during the whole process. If this would have been informed earlier they need not to come to airport itself. during this process up and down taxi bill and more than that the time waste needs to be compansated.

even my daughter go sick under the stress and has puked.

It's for sure i will never travel via Jetairways and never allow any of my friend and family to do so.
