Bought an i phone 8 plus on 8th dec thru mr naveen from gomobile store, saket. Pymt made thru citi bank credit card with two transactions. One of rs. 19900/- one time pymt and second of rs. 43100/- to be converted in six emi by the seller as per his commitment. Now the emi is not converted. And we hv received a statement from citi bank of complete pymt to be made in one go. We approached them so many times thru phone and in personal as well. But nothing has been done. Rather mr. Naveen said he can not do anything whatever you want to do, do it. Please do the needful urgently
