Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased a Samsung 7edge case cover from ebay on 3rd Dec, 2017. The product is of worst quality. It is not leather as per the Product description. The product is not used and the product required to download a software, which I did not download. I asked ebay to take back the product and refund the money, but ebay has rejected my claim stating as per guarantee guideline and is not refunding my money, not giving an option to exchange with any other product so that the amount is still with ebay and no refund is required. Kindly request to look into this. They are misleading the customers and the return policy is very bad. I also tried replying to their email, and it is not getting delivered. Then, I responded to a feedback form that was sent to be filled in for the experience of purchase. When conveyed my issues, again it has been rejected. Below are the details of the purchase.

Their tag line says 100% Satisfaction or Refund/Replacement – but it is 0% satisfaction or no refund/no replacement.
